Further updates on the low-down
We are advising new customers to send through photographs of samples for visual assessment, but to wait until we have finalised our improvements before placing an order.
We have a number of existing clients whose samples will be processed over the next three months. All are aware that we are working to improve the outcome with their samples. As we have had success to date, we are 100% committed to getting the best outcome for our customers, as well as ensuring we have a successful business model to continue our work.
Most of this work is being done at our expense, with existing customers able to opt out of the process and receive a refund in accordance with the terms and conditions under which they placed their order. Our customers have been absolutely wonderful, and we appreciate their ongoing support in our work.
